This 2-hour workshop blends Compassion-Focused Therapy, ACT, and Mindfulness in an interactive format. We'll explore:
The concept of Tragic Optimism and its relevance today
Experiential exercises to connect with your values
Guided reflections on cultivating hope and compassion
Engagement level: Participate at your comfort level—no pressure to share
Camera usage: We encourage having cameras on to foster connection, but understand if you prefer to keep it off
Questions: Use the chat function for questions or raise your hand feature
