There's something powerful about bringing your real clinical questions to a group of fellow practitioners. In our collaborative sessions, we create a space where your challenges become learning opportunities for everyone, and where diverse perspectives help you see possibilities you might not have considered on your own.

What Happens in Our Group Sessions

Real learning happens when practitioners come together to explore the complexities of ACT work. Our collaborative consultation group brings together clinicians who are genuinely committed to growing their skills and supporting each other's development.

In each session, you'll experience:

Case presentations from group members facing real clinical situations—not theoretical examples, but the actual challenges you're working through with clients.

Guided exploration and analysis where I help you work through difficulties, drawing on my experience and clinical knowledge while encouraging group insights to find new approaches.

Expert guidance on ACT application as I help you understand how other practitioners apply ACT principles across different populations, settings, and clinical presentations, with input from group members' diverse experiences.

In-depth exploration of ACT theory as it applies to your specific work, where I guide you through understanding not just what to do, but why and how, enhanced by group discussion.

Opportunities to observe ACT in action through demonstrations and role-plays that I facilitate to bring concepts to life.

Concrete strategies and techniques that I share and help you refine for your clients, tested and enhanced through group input and collaboration.

Each group runs once a month for 6 months

🔒 Limited participants per group
🎥 Held live via Zoom
💵 Payment covers the full 6-month round (regardless of attendance)

My Approach to Group Consultation

I believe consultation should feel collaborative, not evaluative. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable bringing your real questions and challenges, where we can explore ACT principles together, and where you leave feeling more confident and capable in your work.

Every consultation relationship is built on authenticity, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to serving our clients well. In the group setting, I facilitate discussions that honor everyone's contributions while providing the clinical guidance and ACT knowledge you need to grow in your practice.

The group dynamic adds something special—you're not just receiving guidance from me, but learning from the collective experience and wisdom of dedicated practitioners who are on similar journeys, all within a structured learning environment.

The Power of Learning Together

The honest truth? Learning ACT alongside other practitioners with experienced guidance brings something you can't get from books or individual study. There's wisdom in the room when practitioners share their real experiences, their questions, and their insights, all while receiving focused clinical input and direction.

You'll find yourself learning not just from the cases you present, but from every case discussion I facilitate. The challenges other practitioners face often illuminate aspects of your own work you hadn't considered. The solutions that emerge from guided group thinking are often more creative and practical than what any of us might develop alone.

What you can expect:

  • Clinical growth through exposure to diverse cases and guided problem-solving approaches

  • Personalized attention within the supportive group context—your questions matter and receive focused attention

  • Practical skills that I help you develop and implement immediately with your clients

  • Professional connections with colleagues who truly understand the work you're doing

  • Ongoing support that extends beyond our scheduled sessions

Can't Make These Times?

I know finding time that works can be challenging.

The truth is, we're always looking at ways to make these groups more accessible to practitioners who are genuinely interested but can't make the current times. Your interest matters and helps me understand what might work better.

Looking for More Intensive, Hands-On Learning?

If you're interested in a more immersive experience with real-time feedback during practice sessions, you might want to explore our Whisper Coaching program. This unique approach offers in-the-moment guidance during role-play sessions—a completely different but complementary way to develop your ACT skills.

Many practitioners find value in participating in both formats to maximize their learning from different angles.
